-         Primary point of contact for customers for order related issues/inquiries&lt;br /&gt;
-         Manage customer orders to their expectations, including order entry, reviewing order: items, quantities, prices, address and delivery dates&lt;br /&gt;
-         Daily follow up on customer orders from allocation to delivery&lt;br /&gt;
-         Pro-actively inform customers on any substantial short shipment and/or delayed delivery dates&lt;br /&gt;
-          Liaise with markets sales force to inform them on order flow&lt;br /&gt;
-         Manage customer claims such as picking errors, damaged goods or pricing discrepancies up to their final resolution.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Qualifications&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
      -    Commercial diploma, high school degree or equivalent&lt;br /&gt;
-         Experience in Customer Service (or Order to Cash) ideally in an international business environment&lt;br /&gt;
-          Language skills : Swedish mandatory with a good level of English.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Salary depending on the experience&lt;br /&gt;
