RESPONSABILITIES
• Creation and management of 12 months rolling forecast
• Forecasting innovation in collaboration with marketing
• Make insightful adjustments to the forecast
• Lead monthly forecast Consensus meetings with defined set of markets
• Consistently ensures that information is captured in the Demand plan
• Provide analysis and model scenarios to ensure demand plan is optimized
• Track actual inventory levels against corporate inventory plans and shipping forecasts
• Create demand-driven business plans for use in financial budgets/trends
• Assess risks and opportunities
• Analyze and propose corrective actions to align financial and demand plans
• Support at risk orders by reviewing supply/demand
• Contribute to the smooth flow information and efficient operation of the organization
• Perform other related duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Bachelor Degree: in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain
• 3+ years forecasting experience in CPG or FMCG environments
• Fluent in English
• Supply Chain experience a plus
• Relevant demand planning/logistics experience privileged
• Very good MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of Business Object and/or Discovered or reporting software a plus
• Result oriented and customer focussed
• Ability to drive projects and cope with conflicting constraints
• Senior analytical and problem solving skills
• Open to changing environment
• Available for travelling (5%)
