They are continuing to grow their European Support Service Centre in Switzerland and have a new position for a Dutch and English speaking Product and Technical Support professional.
Role: The role involves supporting business customers on product and service support issues. This could be technical product queries, supporting ad hoc requests about the account or actions that need to be performed for their software. The role is not a pure technical support role but more of a hybrid position that requires understanding of their products and services with the emphasis on the quality of support and follow up on activities.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess fluent Dutch, English and a third language in order to support those markets. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years business-to-business customer support or technical support skills. You will also need to quality and customer focused as this is not a volume support position. Candidates that have account managed clients will be well suited.
