Multilingual Credit Analyst in Switzerland !
For one of our client in Switzerland, we are looking for 2 Credit Analyst - AR with outstanding languages skills.
The Credit & Collection Analyst will be a key team member of a diverse Credit department team by securing our asset and business risk as well as supporting growth in current and future strategic markets. The candidate will have a strong interaction with internal customers across various department and external business partners.
1. Responsibilities and duties
• Ensure compliance of Credit & Collection policy
• Gather any pertinent credit information and evaluate credit risk of customers based on financial and non-financial information and make recommendation to the management
• Responsible for the collection of the receivables and maintain the past due receivables at the minimum
• Maintain bad debt losses at a minimum
• Develop and maintain up to date the credit file and monitor review process of the credit information
• Prepare and analyze any kind of reports related to the credit and collection performance of the department
• Register security, any kind of collateral to mitigate the credit risk
• Negotiate with third party credit service provider and gather the best available credit information
• Be actively involved in any business development and challenge any numbers
• Ensure coordination with Sales team, International management team
2. Education, Background & Experience
• University degree in finance or accounting or equivalent
• Background in finance or accounting with preferable 2-3 years experience in Credit & Collection department within an international environment
• Computer literate with excellent command of MS Office and SAP as a plus
Languages:
1st position: Italian + Spanish + French + English
2nd position: German/English + French or Spanish or Russian
Any other european languages a plus!
• Fluent in Italian, English, German, French or any other languages is an asset
3. Profile
• Good communication skills (written/oral)
• Strong customers orientation (service minded)
• Able to meet with tight deadlines and to cope with changes
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and to work autonomously with some direction
• An enquiring mind, supportive of continuous process improvement
• Team oriented working attitude
• Career focused and keen to develop within the organization
• Strong leadership abilities and result & business oriented
4. Environment
• Working within an international environment
• Regular liaison with country offices within Europe
• Main responsibility of credit and collection tasks in the EMEA area
• Position may involve some travelling, mainly within Europe
There is an excellent salary package compared to the rest of the market for this role but no relocation package. However, we will provide a strong help in assisting you in finding your permanent accomodation in Switzerland and we will make sure you enjoy your work with us!
