The job
You will be responsible for strengthening company’s market share and brand in Central and Eastern Europe through the efficient management of resources and budgets allocated by the CEO to the region. You will lead and coordinate company sales and marketing functions to achieve maximum business development by utilizing assigned budgets and promote ideas and projects that contribute to the business development of the company.
Your responsibilities
+ Responsible for business development and performance of all sales activities in Eastern and Central Europe.
+ Staff and direct a sales team, providing leadership towards achieving maximum profitability and growth in-line with the company’s vision and values, through flawless execution of sales processes and meeting quality assurance requirements.
+ Establish strategies to expand the client base in the area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for Client Relations Executives, clients and partners.
+ Set the strategic direction for the department including building-up the business and the organizational structure to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in the region.
Goals include: setting departmental milestones, establishing processes to measure work in progress and communicating progress against performance expectations.
+ Allocate and manage departmental resources to achieve strategic initiatives. This includes financial, human and technological resources.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
+ Ensure that your team of Client Relations Executives meet all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations and proposals.
+ Conduct regular coaching sessions with Client Relations Executives to build motivation and sales skills.
+ Interact and procure new client through frequent travel to region and markets, for client acquisition, relationship, networking and business development purposes.
Your profile
+ Minimum 10 years experience in a similar position
+ Background in investment banking
+ Previous experience in business development
+ Understanding of Eastern and Central Europe culture
+ Good IT knowledge
+ Leadership abilities, highly motivated, committed, dynamic and a team player
+ You speak fluent Russian and English, any other language is an asset.
