Visual Merchandising Manager (80-100%)
in the Corporate Marketing & Product Development team in Switzerland:
Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Retail & Lounge Strategy you will:
• Lead concept, design and execution for key visual merchandising elements
• Focus on the presentation of our merchandise in shop windows, counters and walk-in-humidors
• Be responsible for the visual merchandising part during the roll-out of our new flagship store and lounge concept
• Realise visual briefings for both international domestic markets and travel retail
• Work a out merchandising concept for the different sales channels
• Create visual guidelines for our international markets
• Review and further develop all POS materials
• Support local retail, lounge and trade fair projects
• Take a leading role in the development and execution of a new trade fair concept
• Organize presentations / trainings to distributors and partners
• Analyse market and competitors in the field of visual merchandising
Requirements:
• Visual Merchandising or Design Diploma
• A good sense for design as well as a minimum of 5 years experience in driving new retail concepts, window designs, point of sale displays and promotions
• High creativity in design
• Experience in luxury retail
• International experience
• Knowledge of the basic design programs (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Team Player
• Excellent oral and written English; other languages would be an advantage
