SAP Payroll Administrator with great knowledge (3 years minimum) of the Swiss HR, payroll and salary systems!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• provide permanent support on SAP and other HR tools
• have to create, spread and update processes and formulas related to the use of SAP as well as provide and identify training needs to the SAP users and support them when required
• maintain and update the SAP training folder and suggest training courses related to the local HR issues
• SAP users will be trained upon request
• complete calculation and salary payment, and post the accounts for the Swiss HR Community
• monitor and establish invoices, accounts and annual or particular reports for the entities (AVS, ALFA, Tax deducted at source, LPP, reconcile HR with Finance data and justify differences
• establish annual official documents (salary certificates, AVS, etc)
• will have to ensure data and procedures are duly respected and accurate
• analyse and monitor the results according to requests and provide detailed explanations
• Monthly and annually you control the salary operations, social and legal statements for the entities
• maintain a reliable partnership between the HR and Finance department of the entities
• take part in the maintenance and development of the system and take part in the validation tests
• You maintain a communication network with main partners and provide the Swiss Platform and the Swiss HR department with relevant information
• in charge of organizing and set-up several times a year a meeting with the Swiss HR Community

PROFIL

• Commercial Diploma
• Payroll administration
• Excellent knowledge within an SAP environment
• Social Swiss law and insurances general overview
• Previous experience in HR/IT project
• Calm, accurate and rigorous
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Customer oriented
• Computer literacy
