French, German & English TRAINING MANAGER Sales and Cosmetics
Based in Switzerland

Candidates must have Swiss or EU nationality
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inducting new Beauty Consultants and Fragrance staff across Switzerland.
• Developing training modules and training material to cater to the needs of the Swiss market as per the requirement of the brand.
• Design a progressive program of trainings (Induction Training, Basic School, Skincare Expert) to be adapted when appropriate and implemented across the Swiss region.
• Training Beauty Consultants and Supervisors across Switzerland on new product launches.
• Training the staff on customer service skills, selling techniques and grooming on a regular basis.
• Undertaking regular field visits to evaluate Beauty Consultants and analysing training needs on a regular basis.
• Providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Attending international Training Seminars
• Designing and conducting make-up workshops and seminars.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• University degree in Economics, Sales or Marketing or specialist area such as Cosmetology, Beauty Therapist studies, Para-pharmacy
• Minimum 2-3 years of training / marketing / sales experience in the cosmetics, luxury or lifestyle brands
• Language: fluency in English, French and German
• IT skills : Highly PC literate (MS Office)
• National travelling should be expected
Personal skills :
• Dynamic, proactive, independent and flexible
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamplayer
