Customer Service Representative


Your main tasks
• Processing of telephone, written and electronic customer inquiries / orders
• Prioritization of customer orders
• Receipt of customer calls in French and German
• Timely and high-quality recording and mutation data on various applications
• handling of customer complaints in German and French
• Sales by telephone throughout the product range
• Administrative work, such as manual triggering of special case, correspondence management and maintenance of the conditions
• role as a hub between field sales, marketing, finance and registration department and external customers

Your Profile
• Completed käufmännische training or equivalent training
• Fluent German and French spoken and written (mandatory requirement)
• Experience with customer telephone contacts
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
• SAP knowledge an advantage
• Sales flair, enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• Positive, proactive and accurate working style
• Flexible, reliable and responsible person
