Job description:
• Leading a group of five professional responsible for the complaint handling system
• Daily supervision of the Product Performance Group
• Coordination of responses to customer complaints
• Supporting Vigilance Activities with the Safety Officer
• Actively link with the other managers in RA/QA to ensure appropriate coordination and follow-up on investigations, CAPA initiatives, quality systems improvements and so on
• Regularly liaise with daughter companies and distributors to ensure the proper flow of
Information to/from the Product Performance group, including complaint information, training and awareness campaigns
• Supervision of the field performance reporting activities including statistical analyses
• Development of complaint handling databases
• Participation in risk management and CAPA working groups
• Representing the Product Performance group in regulatory audits
Requirements:
• Education in biomedical engineering or similar
• Several years of experience with the post-marketing vigilance of medical devices, alternatively with biologics or medicinal products
• Demonstrated track record with personnel leadership
• Professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
• You are a team-player, excel at coordination and have a flair for negotiation
