Company: Our client is a US Technology company based in Switzerland. They have their European technical support centre located near Bern. This centre is responsible for product, technical and customer support for all their European customers.
Role: A new position has arisen for a Spanish Technical support professional. This is a business to business IT support role that will see you deal with IT professionals in client companies. You will support clients on a range of products and services where you will deal with clients via email, chat and phone. The position will require you to troubleshoot technical issues, report faults, manage the ticketing system and deliver first class support.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess fluent Spanish and English plus a degree in IT or Computer Science. Certifications in MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CISSP or CCNP are preferred. In addition you will need to demonstrate understanding of HTML, Javascript, PHP, Unix scripts, web server administration and knowledge of networking protocols.
