Our client is currently looking for a Finance and Administration Trainer
Basic Function:
Responsible for assessing, defining, developing and delivering all business training needs of F&A SSC employees.
The training content includes; organizational vision, Finance policies & procedures, Accounting foundations, tools & Systems. Continuously assess the effectiveness of the training and strive to improve the content & the delivery methods. Work with business Process Leads & Regional Fin Mgrs to identify development opportunities.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1) Assess & determine the business training requirements for F&A SSC
2) Plan & design different levels of training programs
3) Develop the training content & the presentation packages
4) Design & develop web based training delivery mediums
5) Deliver classroom training programs on a regular basis
6) Continuously assess training requirements; adjust material & delivery methods on as needed bases
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
Minimum: University degree in Finance, Accounting or economics (equivalent to a bachelors degree)
Preferred: Masters degree, CPA or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum: 10 years in Finance or Accounting; Business background preferably in Finance & Accounting
Preferred: 2-4 years of training experience in F&A or in Finance & Performance applications
SPECIFIC POSITION KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:
English fluently. Other language, very food communication skills, having a solid understanding of different learning types, having the ability to assess people’s development stages, good understanding of different communication mediums, solid understanding ERP JD Edwards & BPM applications
