The role involves:
- Full transformation lifecycle and support of significant programmes, projects and workstreams
- Working alongside client users, business and IT change teams, and sponsors to design and deliver transformation across all functional areas
- Bringing your in-depth experience of key processes (e.g. pricing, trading,
risk, clearing, settlement, accounting, reference data) to provide insights to clients\' requirements
- Developing compelling and robust internal propositions and client facing proposals
Your profile:
- University level degree
- A minimum of 6 years experience in front, middle or back office project management role for Medium, Top tier bank or consulting company
- Experience of investment banking, asset management, private banking, or universal banking environment
- Strong understanding of at least one financial product: cash securities, listed or OTC derivatives
- Knowledge of business process outsourcing
- Understanding of high-level IT architecture for trading, risk, pricing, matching, accounting systems
- Familiarity with current industry trends and initiatives, e.g., Basel III
- Experience and knowledge of Target Operating Model diagnostic and option appraisal, multi-level design (e.g., organisational, process, people , technology), as well as mobilisation and implementation
- Experience and knowledge of Process Transformation, particularly Six Sigma project experience / certification, Lean improvement, and method training and coaching
- People/team leadership skills
- Fluency in English and either German or French is a must
- Strong analytical capabilities and good process understanding
- Willingness to travel
