Company: Our client is a US Technology company based in Switzerland. They have their European technical support centre located near Bern. This centre is responsible for product, technical and customer support for all their European customers.
Role: A new position has arisen for a German & Danish (German & Arabic) speaking support professional. This is a business to business product support role that will see you deal with IT professionals in client companies. You will support clients on a range of products and services where you will deal with clients via email, chat and phone.
The position will require attention to detail, regulatory compliance, adherence to security and other policies and troubleshooting. You will be targeted to meet their SLA’s and company targets for providing corporate support. You may be required to pass highly technical issues to the technical support team who will investigate the problems in more detail but will be responsible for managing the clients “case”.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess fluent German and Danish or German and Arabic in order to support those markets. In addition you should possess a;
- University Degree (IT related is an advantage)
- Customer support or IT support role in a call centre environment
- Experience working to targets and supporting tickets
- Knowledge of regulated industries where attention to detail is critical
- HTML, JAVASCRIPT or php knowledge
