Business Development Assistant
Job Mission
You will provide administrative support to our Business Development department by assisting with the opening, modifying, and closing of client accounts, as well as other Business development related support, including the scheduling and coordination of travel arrangements.
You will work together with other departments to assure that documents and requests are optimally processed, and follow the workflows of each department.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Complete internal checklists and forms to process requests.
• Investigate client requests and resolve outstanding issues.
• Coordinate, classify and process customer email requests we receive
• Follow up with Business Development Executives and other departments to assure client requests are processed.
• Organize and arrange travel arrangements for Business Development staff and for V.I.P clients.
• Prepare statistical Business Development reports and documentation
• Support Business Development staff with marketing and administrative tasks and requests
• Contact internal and external logistics and communication partners (magazines, translators etc.).
• Take minutes of internal and/or external meetings as well as process basic correspondence
Note : This position constitutes internal support to the Business Development Team and involves little/no direct contact with external clients.
Your profile
• CFC Banking/Commercial Employee or equivalent
• Previous first experience in a financial or professional environment
• Excellent computer skills and ability to work quickly with general IT tools
• Good communication skills, highly organized, sense of responsibility, methodic, precise and conscientious
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent oral and written Arabic and if possible good English skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-growing environment and highly adaptable to change.
• Swiss nationality, Swiss permit C, B, G or EC European nationality
