Customer Service Representative Swedish / Finnish
Our client is an International leader in Biomedical Industry. The position is based in Geneva Area and will start with a temporary contract.
The customer service representative provides direct sales support to our external Customers & our internal field Sales Operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Customer Support includes: Handling customer telephone calls, incoming email & faxes, providing an efficient & timely response to all queries, requests & orders.
• Processing orders, handle returns & credits
• Creation, maintenance, renewal & termination of product contracts and the associated delivery schedules & pricing
• Liaise with internal & external departments i.e. Logistics, Warehouses & Transport
• Work very closely with our locally based subsidiary operations
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Fluent in Swedish and Finnish, any other language an asset
• Customer focused and service oriented
• Minimum 1 year working in a customer interfacing environment, with direct customer contact
• Excellent Telephone skills with a pleasant manner, ability to adapt to difficult situations and confidently provide customers with the highest standard of service
• Teamwork: Enjoys working as part of a team and contributes to overall goals
• Flexible & applies good analysis & judgment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks according to the changing requirements of the working day
• Well organized, pro-active and attentive to details
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills (Oracle)
