Beauty Product Training Manager - FRENCH / ENG / GERMAN
Permanent role
Geneva & field based role
Immediate start
Prestigious Cosmetics company
Candidates must have Swiss or EU nationality
Main responsibilities:
• Prepare Training plans in collaboration with Marketing Manager
• Participate in international Training meetings
• Responsible for preparing training materials
• Train and coach the Beauty/Cosmetic Advisors
• Develop and implement Training Tools for
• Training budget planning and follow up.
Qualifications:
• 2 to 5 years of training experience
• Relevant educational background in Cosmetology, Medical studies, Chemistry or as a Beauty therapist
• Languages: Fluency in English and French & German
• IT skills : Highly PC literate (MS Office)
Personal skills:
• Dynamic, proactive, independent and flexible
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to influence and transfer knowledge
• Teamplayer
