SALES SUPPORT fluent SWEDISH + FINNISH, great salary on offer!!
6 months contract initially (possibility to go perm)
Our client is an International leader in Biomedical Industry. The position is based in Geneva.
The Customer Service Representative´s responsibility is to efficiently and accurately manage order flow, satisfy customer requirements and follow up on product deliveries and other matters that arise from the order process.
Candidates for this position should be friendly, outgoing and professional.
The CSR provides direct sales support to our external Customers and our internal field Sales Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate directly with customers over the phone and by e-mail
• Receive and respond to customer requests and enquiries
• Daily follow up on customer orders from allocation to delivery
• Pro-actively inform customers of any delivery short shipment and/or delayed delivery dates
• Creation, maintenance, renewal and termination of product contracts
• Liaise with market sales force to inform them on order flow, cash remittances and credits/adjustments
• Investigate and resolve customer claims and service discrepancies up to their final resolution, research and process disputes and deductions
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Fluent in SWEDISH AND FINNISH, any other language an asset
• Commercial diploma, high school degree or equivalent
• Experience in Customer Service ideally in an international business environment
• Service minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and able to work under pressure
• Problem solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Computer literate (Oracle appreciated)
