Compensation & Benefits Manager / HR Project Manager
Based in Switzerland
English speaking (with at least intermediate German)

The role is responsible for executing group Compensation & Benefits strategy within the Eastern European region.
The overall aim of this role is to create a solid professional Compensation & Benefits environment for the operational HR Business Partners on all Compensation & Benefits related issues so that they can support the business in the best possible way.
Beside that the role will be responsible for leading and implementing HR processes and projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer, implement and manage compensation & benefit programs, plans and initiatives.
• Work with group Compensation and Benefits on defining a compensation structure linked with job grading/families across the region.
• Manage and support the detailed implementation of the Global HR Platform.
• Manage the annual merit pay process including providing support and coaching to local teams in putting realistic proposals together with solid business cases.
• Support the HR Business Partners to review requests for salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices and review requests for revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.
• Partner with the Business Partners to review and analyze employee compensation for internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Lead and implement HR processes and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree (post graduate qualification in HR Management).
• Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and benefits disciplines, concepts and theories.
• Experience managing compensation and benefit function across several countries.
• Extensive knowledge of international compensation elements and market developments.
• Pro active and dynamic team player with proven can-do attitude.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, working across different levels within the organisation and with people from a range of backgrounds.
• Ability to travel, as job requires (up to 20%).
• English and German fluent in speech and writing.
